1. Membership Fees & Payments

Membership fees are £35 per month or £385 per year.
Membership fees are due on the 1st of each month and must be paid on time.
Payment must be made via standing order.
Membership fees are non-refundable and members are responsible for ensuring timely payments.
If payment is not received within 10 days, membership benefits may be suspended until payment is made. If payment remains outstanding after 30 days, membership will be terminated and rejoining will require a new application and admin fee.
A one-time admin charge of £15 applies to new member sign-ups to cover onboarding and administrative costs.
If a member cancels and later wishes to rejoin, the admin fee will apply again.
The admin fee is waived for members who pay annually.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing at least one month’s written notice
Cancellation notices must be sent to: info@therisingtidecollective.co.uk
No refunds will be issued for partial months and membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
Memberships cannot be paused. If a member wishes to discontinue their membership, they must follow the cancellation policy by providing one month’s notice. Should they wish to return in the future, they will need to reapply as a new member, including payment of the admin fee.
While there’s no contractual obligation, we ask members to commit to at least six months to maintain continuity and minimise administrative workload.

3. Membership Conduct & Community Standards

Members agree to uphold a supportive, inclusive and respectful environment.
Discrimination, harassment or any form of inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate review and potential termination of membership without refund.
Members are expected to engage positively in discussions, networking events and any group forums.

4. Membership Benefits & Changes

The Rising Tide Collective reserves the right to modify or withdraw membership benefits at any time.
Any significant changes to membership terms will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
Changes to membership benefits do not entitle members to refunds or cancellations outside of the standard notice period.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

Membership does not constitute any legal partnership, employment or business arrangement between members and The Rising Tide Collective.
The Rising Tide Collective is not liable for any losses, damages or disputes arising from member interactions, networking or business dealings.
Events, resources and recommendations provided within The Rising Tide Collective, including those from guest speakers and experts, are for informational and educational purposes only. While The Rising Tide Collective strives to bring trusted professionals, members should conduct their own due diligence before acting on any advice. The Rising Tide Collective does not assume liability for individual decisions made based on shared insights.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

The Rising Tide Collective collects and stores member data solely for the purposes of managing membership and communication.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
Members must not share contact details or personal information of other members without their permission.

7. Termination of Membership

The Rising Tide Collective reserves the right to terminate any membership with immediate effect for breach of these terms: Failure to make payment after 30 days; Conduct that disrupts the group or goes against our values.
In cases of termination due to misconduct, no refunds will be issued.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement will first be addressed through an internal resolution process. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to mediation before any formal legal proceedings. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be settled in the courts of England.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified 30 days in advance of any major changes.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By joining The Rising Tide Collective, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
