How it all started…

The idea for The Rising Tide Collective was born on a sunny afternoon in 2023 when Julia and Sinem met for a coaching conversation.

The topic of women’s networking came up and, after listing several options in the local area, they felt inspired to start one that would meet their need for a relaxed space where genuine, authentic conversations could take place for female business owners and entrepreneurs at all stages of their career.

Only a week and a few more conversations later, they launched The Rising Tide Collective in May 2023 and haven’t looked back since.

Hi I'm Julia Rose, a personal stylist and busy mother of three. I work with women who are looking for a change in their personal style to create a dream wardrobe they can be excited about. We change so much in our 30's and 40's and so does our style, so why not show the world the new and wonderful you! I am so excited to be a co-founder of The Rising Tide Collective and to meet so many entrepreneurial women in our community!

Hi, I’m Sinem, a holistic life and leadership coach with a mission to help ambitious professional mums nail the work/family juggle so they can reach their career goals - without the mum guilt or burning out.

My signature method is a fusion of eastern philosophy and western science, helping create not only short term wins, but also long lasting, sustainable transformation, individually and collectively.

At The Rising Tide Collective, we support each other to overcome challenges and empower one another to achieve the big, bold and beautiful vision that is our heart's desire.

I am honoured to be a co-founder of this wonderful collective and look forward to growing with you.
